5.3 Technical Issues

tk 688's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

tk 688 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits, cashback rates, or other details. Members will be notified in good time if changes are made.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on tk 688 and if detected will result in the immediate closure of the account:

1. Operating more than one account on behalf of the same person or household.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
3. Using artificial betting strategies, opposing bets, or coordinated accounts to gain bonus advantages.
4. Using software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.
5. Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorised access to an account.
7. Offensive, threatening, or harassing behaviour on the platform.
8. Completing registration or verification using false or misleading information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by tk 688

tk 688 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of the Terms.
• Identity verification not completed.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• Request from a law enforcement authority.
• If the account's security is believed to be compromised.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

8.3 Inactive Accounts
